We're open Monday to Friday, from 7am to 6:30pm. You can drop off or pick up anytime during these hours. 

Simply email, message or call us to book a date in for a trial for your dog, we’ll go over some questions to check your dog is the right fit & organise a trial that works best for you. 

A trial is required for your dog to attend daycare, it lasts 3-5 hours & it’s so we can assess your dog, in this trial we’ll be assessing your dogs behaviour around other dogs to see if the daycare environment is right for them. Some dogs settle straight away, whilst others may need some more time to adjust as it’s a brand new environment. In this case we will suggest half days & slowly building from there. 

All dogs are required to be on a lead at all times when arriving and leaving for their own safety. Also we ask for your dog to wear a collar. If your dog eats lunch or breakfast feel free to bring them with you!

We will need to see his / her vaccination card on arrival & our application form will take about 10 minutes to fill out in reception 

Females no, they just cannot attend during their season.
Males we require to be neutered by 12 months in order to continue attending. We also accept chemical castration 

We have a daily schedule that your dog follows, we’re like nursery for your dog! Along with enrichment activities to keep your pups mind busy, you’ll get a report card at the end of every day telling you how his or her day has been! 

At Sully’s we have a coloured bandanna system to help us identify allergies & medical conditions quickly.

Of course, just ask a member of staff to show you around the facility. 

Yes, If your dog requires medication while at day care, we will need written consent from you along with written instructions. All medicines must be in their original packaging. All our staff have a level 3 OFQUAL qualification in first aid.

Our booking is completely flexible, you can book up to midnight the night before VIA our app. You will receive access to the app once your pooch passes a trial

Every dog is completely different, a daycare environment may work or it may not, give us an email or call about your specific circumstances
