Please reach us at hello@sullysdaycare.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.
We're open Monday to Friday, from 7am to 6:30pm. You can drop off or pick up anytime during these hours.
Some dogs simply aren’t comfortable in a crowd. If we believe this is the case, we’ll be sure to inform you. Unfortunately, there are instances where daycare isn’t the right fit for a dog’s personality, but this doesn’t reflect on your dog in any way.
After a day at daycare, some dogs may feel tired. This is because they get plenty of exercise and playtime while they're here. Although we provide rest areas in our play zones, most dogs prefer to stay active for much of the day, which may be more than they're accustomed to at home.
Of course! Bring your dog's food in a suitable container with their name clearly labelled. We will remove them from the group at lunchtime and give they space to eat their lunch.
All dogs are required to be on a lead at all times when arriving and leaving. Also we ask for your dog to wear a collar, this is for the safety of your dog.
Just as kids can sometimes get bumps and scrapes while playing at school or on the playground, dogs can also experience minor injuries during play at daycare. Dogs engage with each other using their paws and mouths, and they often enjoy rough-and-tumble play. While our trained staff work hard to minimise risks, injuries are always a possibility. If an injury does happen, the responsibility for any veterinary expenses falls to you (not Sully's Doggy Daycare). Before deciding to bring your dog to us, please make sure you’re comfortable with this. Many pet owners find that the social and physical benefits of daycare far outweigh the potential for occasional mishaps.
Yes! We have a secure outside area, where you dog can go and have fun.
